Love these mirrors put them in every bathroom

UPDATE: the seller is resolving. Great place to purchase from. We loved our mirror, got many compliments however after a few weeks the backlight no longer works.

This is a low profile and modern looking mirror that works well for our small bathroom. The backlight looks nice but doesn’t add enough light on its own. The mirror defogger only works on a smaller, center portion of the mirror but it’s adequate. For the price, I’m very happy with it.

I am a remodeling contractor and I have used several Tetote mirrors on my projects over the years… they’ve always been great. I decided to purchase two for my own house and one of them is flickering upon start up. I can’t find contact information for the seller anywhere and they claim to have a 2 year warranty (mine was purchased 8 months ago but only installed a month ago). Hoping they’ll see this review and reach out as I’ve noticed they’ve done with other reviewers. I would like to continue to use their products on my projects, but need to know I can count on support if ever needed… as I need to uphold my reputation with my clients as well! Always seemed to be a great product though and this is first issue I’ve ever come across. Hence why I purchased for my own home as well!Update:I was contacted by customer service/tech support and they were great! A replacement was shipped out as soon as possible and my issue was resolved. My personal mirrors now work beautifully and I will absolutely continue to use Tetote mirrors for my remodeling projects! The quality of the product, as well as the support, is top notch especially for the price point.
