Shipping & Production Policy
Standard Shipping (Retail Orders)
We are pleased to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Canada.
- Exclusions: This offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada.
- Carrier Selection: To provide the most efficient service, we utilize major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers at this time.
- Delivery Estimates: Mostly orders will be delivered around 1-5 Days
Processing & Transit Times (In-Stock Items)
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Our standard processing schedule is as follows:
- Order Cutoff: 18:00 PST (Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day).
- Fulfillment Days: Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days.
- Transit Time: 2 – 7 business days.
Custom-Made Orders
For orders requiring custom logos, specific sizing, or unique graphics, our production and shipping timelines are as follows:

International Shipping for Custom Orders:
Custom orders are shipped via sea freight from our Tetote factories. Please allow 20 to 60 days for transit to international destinations.
