This is beautiful and adds a very clean contemporary look to our small bathroom. Packaging was excellent. Initially I thought there were no fasteners but after emailing the company and receiving an almost immediate response I checked and the fasteners were in the packaging. We easily hung it with the right sized fasteners. It now hangs securely and looks beautiful! I'm in the market for other mirrors and will definitely look for this brand.

UPDATE - 10/13/24 The company contacted me, I did not reach out and made an offer to assist me so that I was satisfied. Very impressed with the customer service and have increased the starts for excellent service.This made our bathroom look cheap, just because of the mirror and its poor quality. Returning is not an option due to the weight, so we were stuck with this item. Do NOT recommend.
