Yes! We regularly run limited-time promotions, seasonal sales, and exclusive offers. The best way to stay updated is by subscribing to our newsletter or checking our website.
Only one discount code can be applied per order, our system will automatically auto-applied the biggest for your order if multiple entered.
Your code may not apply if:
- It has expired
- It doesn’t meet minimum purchase requirements
- It’s not valid for the items in your cart
- It has already been used

We operate 16+ warehouses across the United States, allowing us to ship orders from the nearest available location for faster delivery.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all retail orders within the U.S. (lower 48 states) and Canada.
Please note that this offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international orders.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. For international bulk orders, we will ship the items directly from Tetote factories.
Your order will be handled and shipped out from Tetote Nearby warehouses in the nationwide based on your shipping address filled in.

Custom / bulk / pre-orders:
For pre-orders, wholesale, bulk, or custom-made items, production and handling times are longer and typically range from 7–30 days, depending on the order details. Exact timing will be confirmed when you place your order.

We process orders quickly, so there’s only a short window to request changes or cancellations.

After shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you may request a return once your order is delivered.

I’ve already returned my products. How do I get my refund?
We want you to feel confident with every Tetote product you purchase. If it’s not the right fit, no worries at all—our 60-day return policy allows you to send back your items for a refund or exchange. Simply return them in their original condition, and we’ll take care of the rest to make the process as smooth as possible.
If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. Otherwise, Tetote will cover the fee due to defacts or quality issues.
We reserve the right to deduct the re-stocking fee from your refund when the returned item is NOT considered to be in its original packaging/condition or already been damaged. In this case you will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% of invoice.

To request a return or refund for RTO Summit, please follow these steps:

Our reinforced packaging includes three protective layers of high-density styrofoam designed to:
- Cushion the product from all sides

- Protect glass and edges from impact damage

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues with materials and workmanship. If you experience any problems with your item within this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your claim and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Yes, our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel. For more detailed information, please refer to our full warranty policy on our website.
