These are beautiful and I love the light and de- fogging capabilities. Professionally installed so can’t comment on installation ease.

Our mirror came on time but we had to wait a couple of months to hang it due to construction delays. I called the company for help w the temperature change only to find out I didn’t have that potion (they called me back very shortly after leaving a message & it was a weekend!). The mirror was hung & a week later somehow was broken by the Electrian as he was gently adjusting it on the wall. I called Keonjinn & they agreed to not only replace it but to upgrade to add the option of temperature change without charge after I offered to pay for the upgrade! It was delivered promptly too! That’s AMAZING customer service and I would definitely buy from them again! I LOVE THE MIRROR & all the settings.

Looks great, they have all sizes easy to install!! Packaging was excellent unbreakable!!!! Going to buy another one for other bathroom.
